About Tagg

Our mission is to provide tailor made IT training solutions for office software and mobile communications. Drawing on twenty years of industry knowledge, ranging from specialist electronics and rights management, to finance accounts and sales - we have first hand experience of the frustration born of not getting the best out of the IT available.

Where we differ from competitors is that our directors have experience running a variety of businesses and can tailor training to your organisations needs to give you real commercial benefit. We train your staff in what they need to know for their specific tasks and functions, in their own environment, in line with their needs - making for happier, more satisfied and productive staff.  

How does it work?

Our training courses can be delivered on a full day or half-day basis, or a combination of both, depending on the specific makeup of that course and time constraints of the client.

The key to our business is flexibility; we will work with you to offer the type of training that works for you.

For those companies that do not have access to training rooms on site, we have a number of training lap tops that can be made available, which allows us to use any available meeting rooms for the training.

Alternatively we can provide tailored training at external venues as required.

The Directors

Louisa Tagg

Louisa has a degree in Humanities and has worked in business management for a series of venture capital backed, high technology companies, as well as spending two years as a Marketing Officer for an Arts Centre in South Wales. Prior to founding the company she was responsible for rights management at Two Way TV, an interactive television company. She is an associate member of the Institute of IT training and an Expert User of Microsoft Office products. She lives in Teddington with her 15 computers.

Gavin Miller

Gavin has worked in IT component and product sales, IT support and Company Management since leaving university. For the three years prior to joining Tagg he was the Company Secretary for an SME specialising in computer equipment and components, where he was responsible for company management, financial management, planning training requirements and managing in house IT requirements. His role often extended to selling computer based products too! More recently he has continued to expand his IT knowledge and apply it to Tagg’s business. When not training people he can be found on a rugby pitch doing what ‘props’ do.
